Le SURFER® 140 est doté d’un poste de pilotage ergonomique avec un siège « pilote »et un strapontin pour le copilote, ayant une surface vitrée offrant une vision sur 360°.
La cabine passagers,pourvue d’une large vue dégagée sur l’extérieur, est équipée de sièges individuels GEORG EKNES Transit Yacht 3000. Un espace sanitaire avec WC électrique et lavabo se trouve à l’arrière de la cabine passagers.
Le pont avant d’une surface de 8 m² permet de charger 0,75 tonnes de fret. La résistance du pont avant est de 500 kg par m². Technologie du double flux, permet conjointement l’évacuation des eaux claires et le stockage des eaux polluées par les hydrocarbures / huiles.
Un espace d’embarquement sécurisé par des garde-corps permet l’accès à la plateforme offshore. Une défense adaptée et résistante protège la proue du navire du ragage lors de ces opérations. Ramassage des déchets solides (entre autres plastiques), collecte des déchets liquides (hydrocarbures, rejets d’égouts, eaux grises / noires en option), méduses et plantes (option faucarde).
Les deux moteurs thermiques entraînant des hydrojets permettent d’obtenir des performances optimales en matière de vitesse, de traction et de manœuvrabilité .
A noter que d’autres modèles demoteurs et / ou d’hydrojets peuvent être installés à bord.
La coque du SURFER 14000 a été conçue de façon à assurer des performances optimales tout en réduisant la consommation de carburant, ce qui octroi au navire une autonomie de 250 milles nautiques. Cette forme de coque spécifique affecte positivement le comportement du navire lors des opérations de boatlanding et évite l’ajout de propulseurs d’étrave.
